Old english Game
Old English Game Bantams come from the traditional
Old English Game Fighting Birds. They are very hardy
birds and don't take much looking after. Although
these birds were originally bred for Fighting they
can become very tame birds and great pets.
We currently keep and breed 1 colour of Game this is Red Wheaton.
Dutch
Dutch Bantams Are also one of the few true bantams,
Weighing in at under 18oz's they are one of the
smallest bantams around. They are very attractive
birds that come thirteen different colours, although
more colours are constantly been created. These little birds are good flyers but can become very tame and great pets.
We currently keep and breed Yellow dutch bantams.
Pekins
Pekins are one of the few true bantams,
their legs and feet are completly covered in
feathers and come in many different colours.
Pekins are very sociable birds, which
become tame easy making them perfect for garden
pets.We currently breed and keep 3 colours of pekins, Pyle, Silver Partridge and Lemon Cuckoo Frizzles.
Silkies
They are a lightweight chicken with a large looking body which is covered in fluffy silkie feathers. These come in a number of different colours, some rarer than others.
They are friendly birds and can be tamed easily to make ideal pets, they are however unable to fly so can be kept with very low fencing making them ideal garden birds.We currently breed and keep Blue Silkies.
